Cloud Shimmers, 36 x 48, Oil FRESH OFF MY EASEL for The Atelier Gallery in CharlestonGreetings! This crazy winter weather has me yearning for spring sunshine and I just had to head to my easel to say something about that with paint! I was fully immersed in the warmth of these color palettes and I hope you will be too. I loved capturing that shimmery feeling and am always amazed at the beauty in the creation of clouds. I am so thrilled that The Atelier Gallery was pleased and wanted these paintings and more as I was painting and hoping! Then they blew me away by asking if I would like to be their "Featured Artist" for the month of March! Wow! Huge honor and I am still over the moon- very special indeed...I am blessed in so many ways. Here's What's Blooming at Gallery 1401These are the paintings that are now hanging up at Gallery 1401 in Chattanooga, TN! So very fun to paint some special still life's with Spode and Hydrangeas too! Love working with the blue and white pattern in light and shadow. Love all the texture and then the raw linen peeping out!
