I am so sorry that y’all got a scrambled mess in my last blog post that emailed out. For whatever reason, some of the changes I have been making to my website were picked up instead of the paintings above and the post below. Funny that I had already titled this Duck!! Please excuse me and I will try to not let it happen again and also try to get this correct post out! I appreciate your support and patience! So here’s what you should have gotten-

I have always been drawn to the gorgeous array of colors found all around France and Italy. The top painting, Duck!, is just such a beautiful color palette and I find myself just looking at it over and over again. It has gorgeous rich paint in just the right places and is the first painting for my new category on my website called European Inspired! It will be up later today and I will be adding to that category quite a bit in the coming weeks!

Oh, and I have more wonderful new things coming your way! Finishing up the changes and updates to my Website later today! That allows me to finalize all the links I need to connect my fabulous and fascinating first Newsletter! My very first Kathy Cousart Fine Art Newsletter is making it’s publishing debut on Monday! Woo Hoo!! Hope y’all will sign up as it is full of the latest paintings and news just for you first! There’s info about the Anne Irwin Emerging Artist Show and some of my paintings that will be in it!!

I did the collage above just to give you a taste of the travels my oil paintings can take you on. It was so much fun to see how beautifully they all flowed together as a collection.
