Back on Course
11 x 14 Oil on Linen
$300.00
I wonder how many of you thought this was a golf course painting? I can feel those smiles now. Back on Course was such a fun painting to do and I love painting boats and water. I did a 10 minute study first and then went to town with the full painting. I love working like that.
I know my posts have not been as regular but I have been painting a ton and doing a lot of things on the business side of the art world. I have missed you all but have lots of new things to share like my new studio assistant/mascot (a puppy) along with my new website/blog-a-mania site. I am happy with all that is going on and will be sharing regularly. I plan to be Back on Course now. Stay tuned for a really big surprise that was so much fun to be a part of. Will be posting that on Wednesday! See y’all then.

Love this painting. It reminds me of Beaufort. Can’t wait to hear the big announcement and Happy Valentine’s Day.

Your new blog/website looks wonderful as does your artwork. So how does one paint with a puppy around? Sounds like a CHALLENGE!
