I am having the best time painting these gorgeous horses and sleighs! Too fun to play with all the warms and cools in the all that gorgeous white in the horses and in that powdery snow! The amazing photos are courtesy of the sweetest folks that run Cedar Knoll Farms and I thank them so much for allowing me to paint their beautiful horses. I am learning so much about painting horses and their incredible forms and working on capturing that strength and motion all at the same time. I used to ride horses all the time growing up and this makes me miss that- will have to see about hopping on a neighbors horse:)
