Y’all know I love me some Georgia Bulldawgs and pretty much everything University of Georgia touches my heart. UGA has been such a huge part of our life from being Alumna to my coaching Women’s Golf and my Husband being the Head PGA Pro out at the gorgeous UGA Golf Course. I believe you should paint what you love and love what you paint. That certainly holds true for every painting I do that is UGA/Bulldawg related.
I got the most fun phone call yesterday from a new collector up in NY! He had been down for a couple of Georgia football games and kept walking past this painting in particular and it just called out to him. After a little bit of research he found me and my website and contacted me asking “How much was that Dawgie in the window?” Just kidding- he did not quite ask it that way but that song popped in my head. At any rate- I am so tickled to be shipping the painting to this new collector today. I can’t thank Heery’s Too! enough for always being so fun and easy to work with. It’s the only place I have my beloved UGA/Bulldog paintings besides through myself and I appreciate them. You can see how amazing the window is and the whole shop is full of beautiful things!
