So many thoughts spinning through my head with this painting and even the title. We are all our on own amazing journey and I am so appreciative of each and every blessing. I am especially thankful for being a part of this art world. I have said it before but it has truly saved me and has been my happy place. We are lucky enough to be heading to the Beach for a much needed break with our kids and our first grandchild. Doesn’t get much better than that. Thoughts and prayers to keep both our moms safe and sound while we go away for the first time in about 9 years from them and come back recharged and ready to continue on as primary caretakers. Perhaps I should have called this painting sandwich generation:) Y’all know what I mean as so many of us are sharing this same journey along the way.

I love this painting…the palette is just rich and beautiful colors. I have been holding onto it because I loved it so but know it’s time for it to go to someone special. I am looking forward to doing lots of plein air painting at the beach along with golf and fun and just watching that grandson as he is taking in his first visit to our favorite place.
